I liked the time I spend at Kyriad Prestige. The room was very comfortable, will all facilities needed. The personnel was extremely kind and nice. If I were to go in Warsaw again I would choose the same hotel. |

I like it very much When I checked in the receptionist could not find my name on the paper the list of the booking, but when i checked on the paper by myself I could find it easily. |

Great hotel,loved the speakers in the bathroom and a cup of coffee,cleaness and a cozy athosphere,very comfortable bed,internet was fine. Climatisation system wasn't working,it was to hot when the window was open. |

The fact that there is a sauna and a jacuzzi was very nice. The location is also pretty good. Make sure you get a room from "the quiet side": the street side is so noisy that it is impossible to sleep there. We needed to change the room but after that it was superb. |

Delicious breakfast, great restaurant for dinner with reasonable & varied buffet. 24 hour access to gym & jacuzzi. Very pleasant staff. Well furnished & comfortable room. |

Cleanliness of the entrance and room. Safty Internet is free. This is very good. But, the capacity is not enough and many times we can not open home pages. |

well taken care off, near tram station and train station for easy travel in warsaw. as usual in hotel it seams, the internet connection was average at best. many chamber just couldnt recieve enough signal to connect at all. i even had to be switched in another chamber. and even then the connection was average at best. |

The nice clean rooms Yes, they charged me 10 euro for watching Pay tv when I didnt even watch anything. So I guess I would recommend all guests staying there to check their bill because I would have never of thought of a western country pulling something like this. Anyways its too late for me to get my money back but would like to save others from this happening to them. |

The staff were very helpful and all spoke good english. Despite the fact that they must be sick of being asked the question "how do we get to the old town" they helped every one with the same enthusiasm. The tram stops right outside and its easy to get any where. If you have young children then be aware apart from the hotel restaurant which isnt cheap (£7 breakfast) there are no other places to eat within easy walking distance. You must get a tram or walk to the main mall, which is 15 mins away. Internet in rooms if you have your laptop but no pc in the lobby, you must go to the hotel next door. |

Comfortable room. Easy access by tram to the old town, train station and main museums We asked for a non smoking room but our bedroom smelt like an old ashtray for over 24hours. We had to ask for air freshener which didn't do much to remedy the situation. Confusing information in the rooms about taxi/minibus prices to the airport which should be clarified. No English language channels on the tv apart from France 24 - no comment!! Exhorbitant prices in the bar. |
